Tips for cardio when it’s too stormy to run


This evening the heavens have opened in to what can only be described as an English storm… Thunder is rumbling in the distance so tonight a run is out of the question. So my question is what cardio do people recommend that you can do without too much equipment?

I have hand weights, my houses staircase and a pull up bar.

So far google has presented me with this workout but for other potentially non-runnable days what do others do to keep up the cardio.
